1. Wichtige Informationen
Die Rechnungslegung erfolgt nach dem Absenden des Formulars per E-Mail. Es gilt zu beachten, dass die vollständige Buchung erst mit Überweisung des offenen Betrags vollzogen ist und eine Abrechnung über die Verbände nicht möglich ist.
2. Stornierungsbedingungen
Stornierung bis 2 Monate vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 50% des Ticketpreises werden in Rechnung gestellt.
Stornierung bis 1 Monat vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 70% des Ticketpreises werden in Rechnung gestellt.
Stornierung bis 2 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 90% des Ticketpreises werden in Rechnung gestellt.
Die Stornierung kann ausschließlich schriftlich erfolgen.
3. Datenschutzbestimmungen
Mit dem Absenden meiner Registrierung erkläre ich mich als einverstanden, dass meine personenbezogenen Daten im Rahmen der Veranstaltung erhoben, verarbeitet und gespeichert werden dürfen.
Terms & Conditions
1. Important information
The invoice will be sent by email once the form has been submitted. Please note that the booking is not complete until full payment has been received.
2. Cancellation
Cancellation 2 months before the event: 50% of the ticket price will be charged.
Cancellation 1 month prior to the event: 70% of the ticket price will be charged.
Cancellation 2 weeks before the event: 90% of the ticket price will be charged.
Cancellation must be in writing.
3. Privacy Policy
By submitting my registration, I agree that my personal data may be collected, processed and stored as part of the event.
